Service Description

This consultation is intended for current clients who need to check-in on an acute or existing issue. Any new issues, standard follow-up needs, or lab report discussions or if it has been more than 3 months since your last visit, should be scheduled under a Regular Follow-up (30-60 mins).

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24-48hr for cancellations. All missed appointments will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.
